NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, carrying on business as Chemists at Princes Street, Dunedin, under the style or firm of “Clifford’s Pharmacy,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 30th day of November, 1931.
All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by William Power Charles Clifford, who will continue to carry on the said business under the style of “Clifford’s Pharmacy, Limited.”

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the above company held on Tuesday, 22nd December, 1931, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that D. “That this company hereby resolves by special resolution that it is proved to the satisfaction of its members here present that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities,
continue to do business, and it is advisable to wind up the same voluntarily, and that therefore the company and its affairs be forthwith wound up voluntarily; and that GEORGE NATHANAEL CHRISTIAN be appointed Liquidator to the company.”
