do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Ohura
Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

hereby taken for a Branch Railway from the East Coast Main
Trunk Railway to a quarry in Maketu Survey District.

taken for the purposes of a State forest; and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
second day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-
