PURSUANT to the provisions of paragraph (d) of clause (5) of Regulation 8 of the Regulations under the Dangerous Drugs Act, 1927, made on the 24th day of September, 1928, and gazetted on the 27th day of the same month,
The Dean of the Faculty of Science, Canterbury College, Christchurch, and
The Professor of Chemistry, Auckland University College,
are hereby authorized to obtain and use such dangerous drugs as are necessary for laboratory purposes; and, furthermore, are hereby exempt from keeping the Register required to be kept by a licensee under Regulation 6 of the said regulations.
