Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block V,
Harataunga Survey District, Coromandel County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Harataunga Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 1 31·0 Paraoarahi Block ; coloured red.
0 0 22·8 Whiritoa Block ; coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed :—
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 1 37·7 Paraoarahi Block ; coloured green.
0 0 35·8 Whiritoa Block ; coloured green.
All situated in Block V, Harataunga Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26376.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83230, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of March, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Auckland described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83486, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
