pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Tuakau Bridge Special Rating Area of the county, and that such special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, which is for a period of thirty-six years and a half, at a rate of interest of five pounds ten shillings per centum per annum to cover instalments of principal and interest and other charges, and be payable yearly on the first day of January in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six years and a half, or until the loan is fully paid off.

“The boundaries of the aforesaid Tuakau Bridge Special Rating area are as follows:—

“Including the whole of the areas contained in the One-whero, Pukekawa, and Port Waikato Ridings, legal subdivisions of the County of Raglan, and that portion of the Whangape Riding of the said county bounded on the west by the Port Waikato Riding; bounded on the north by the One-whero and Pukekawa Ridings; and bounded on the south by a line commencing at the Opuatia Stream at the north-western corner of Section 65B 2; and thence running south along the eastern boundary of section part 27 to the south-eastern corner of Section part 27; and thence south and west along the eastern and southern boundaries of Sections part 3 of 27 (1,037 acres) and Section part 1 of 27 (1,044 acres) to the south-eastern corner of Section 35; and thence south and west along the eastern boundaries of Sections 34 and 31A to the Maire Stream; and thence following the said Maire Stream in a south-westerly direction to the south-eastern corner of Section East 126; and thence west along the southern boundaries of Sections East 126, West 126, N.W. 126 and 72A to the Port Waikato Riding boundary-line.”

The above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Raglan County Council held on the 9th day of March, 1932.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between JOHN EWEN MACLAREN and ALEXANDER WILLIAM NISBET, carrying on business at No. 36 High Street, Lower Hutt, as Land and Estate Agents, Insurance Agents, Auctioneers, and General Commission Agents, under the name of “Maclaren & Nisbet,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of December, 1931. The said business will henceforth be carried on by the said Alexander William Nisbet, under the name of “Maclaren & Nisbet,” who will be entitled to receive all moneys owing to the Partnership and who will pay all debts owing by the Partnership.
