AT a meeting of shareholders of G. Coates & Co., Ltd., held on 25th January, 1932, the following resolution was carried :—

“It having been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the same be wound up accordingly. It was further resolved that HELYAR A. BISHOP, of Christchurch, Clerk, be appointed Liquidator.”

(1) “That, it having been proved to its satisfaction that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.”

(2) “That E. G. PINKER, of the firm of Pinker and Boyd, Public Accountants and Auditors, of Auckland, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
