The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925.—Notice of Proposed Cancellation of Registration.

Department of Labour, Wellington, 26th February, 1932.

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to an application in that behalf made to me by the Christchurch Tramway Officials’ Industrial Union of Workers, registered number 1169, situated at Christchurch, and in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred upon me by section 22 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, it is my intention to cancel the registration of that industrial union after the expiration of six weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, unless in the meantime cause is shown to the contrary.
