line to the point of commencement.

MANAWARU SUBDIVISION.

All that area bounded towards the south and west by the
Hungahunga Subdivision, and towards the north and east
by the eastern boundary of the district.

WAIHEKAU SUBDIVISION.

All that area bounded towards the south by the Hunga-
hunga Subdivision, towards the west by the Waitoa-Mata-
mata Road, Thames-Waikato Road, and the Waitoa River
to the southern boundary of Ngutumanga; towards the
north by that block; and towards the east by the Ngutu-
manga Road and road south therefrom and east to Section 9,
Block XI, Aroha Survey District, and western boundaries of
this section and of Sections 13 and 15, same block; thence by
direct line from the north-west corner to the south-east
corner of Section 17, same block; thence by the boundary of
the district to the southernmost corner of Section 1, Block V,
Wairere Survey District.

TATUANUI SUBDIVISION.

All that area bounded commencing at the disjunction of
the Morrinsville-Rotorua Railway from the Waitoa-Matamata
Road; towards the south and west by the southern and
western boundary of the district to the Thames-Waikato
Road, by that road towards the north, and towards the east
by the Waitoa-Matamata Road.

WHAKAHORO SUBDIVISION.

All that area bounded towards the south by the Thames-
Waikato Road; towards the west by the western boundary
of the district; towards the north by the Whakahoro Road;
and towards the east by the No. 7 Road.

WAITOA SUBDIVISION.

All that area bounded towards the south by the Thames-
Waikato Road; towards the west by the No. 7 Road; towards
the north by the Whakahoro Road; and towards the east
by the Waitoa River.

WAIHOU SUBDIVISION.

All that area bounded commencing at the south-eastern
corner of the northern part of Section 4, Block I, Wairere
Survey District; towards the south by portion of the eastern
boundary of the district and Waihekau Subdivision; towards
the west by the Waihekau Subdivision to the Waitoa River,
and by that river to a line drawn parallel to the Te Kawana
Road twenty chains south therefrom; towards the north by
this line to a point fifteen chains from the western boundary
of Section 10A, Block XII, Waitoa Survey District, then by
line parallel with this western boundary to the southern
boundary of Section 10, same block; and by such and the
southern boundary of Section 10A to the western boundary
of Section 12, same block; and by that boundary and the
northern boundary of Section 12 and of Section 6, Block IX,
Aroha Survey District, to the Te Aroha Borough boundary;
and towards the east by the eastern boundary of the district.

ELSTOW SUBDIVISION.

All that area bounded towards the south by the Waihou
Subdivision, towards the west by the Waitoa River, towards
the north by the Paeroa-Tahuna Road, and towards the east
by the Waihou River.

AWAITI SUBDIVISION.

All that area bounded towards the south by the Paeroa-
Tahuna Road, and towards the east, north, and west by the
boundary of the district.

TAHUNA SUBDIVISION.

All that area bounded towards the south by the Whakahoro
Road, towards the east by the Waitoa River, and towards
the north and west by boundary of the district.

Order in Council consenting to the Raising by the Raglan
County Council of a Loan of £900 on the Instalment-repay-
ment System, and prescribing the Rate of Interest in respect
thereof.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of
February, 1932.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the Raglan County Council (hereinafter
called “the said local authority”), has been autho-
rized to borrow in respect of a loan to be known as “Okete
Road-metalling Loan, 1931,” the sum of nine hundred pounds,
and the said sum has not yet been borrowed:

And whereas the Minister of Finance has given his precedent
consent as required by section one hundred and fourteen of
the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, to the borrowing by the
said local authority of the said loan at such rate or rates of
interest as shall not produce to the lenders a rate exceeding
the rate hereinafter mentioned:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred on him by the Local Government Loans Board
Act, 1926, and by sections thirty-two and one hundred and
fourteen of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and of all
other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth
hereby consent to the raising by the said local authority of
the said loan up to the amount of nine hundred pounds at
such rate or rates of interest as shall not produce to the
lenders a rate exceeding the rate of five pounds ten shillings
per centum per annum, upon terms of making the said loan,
together with interest thereon, repayable by instalments
extending over a period of twenty years.
