IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies’ Act, 1908, and of THE
ANDERSON SHOE COMPANY, LTD.
NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution,
dated 13th February, 1932, has been duly passed,
requiring that the company be wound up voluntarily:—
"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of members
that the company, by reason of its liabilities, is unable to
continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the
same; and, further, that WILLIAM MOWAT FALCONER, of
Wanganui, Accountant, be appointed Liquidator for the
purposes of such winding-up."

MEDICAL REGISTRATION.
I, ANNA LYDIA HANSEN, Bachelor of Medicine and
Bachelor of Surgery (1931), now residing in Auckland,
hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 15th March
next to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the
Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the
evidence of my qualification in the office of the Department
of Health at Auckland.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter
of the HASTINGS SHINGLE COMPANY, LTD. (a private
company) (in liquidation).
THE following extraordinary resolution was duly passed
in accordance with section 168 (6) of the Companies
Act, 1908, on 16th February, 1932.
"That it is proved to the satisfaction of the company that
the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its
business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and
accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and
that ALBERT EDGAR PALMER, of Hastings, Public Accountant,
be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of
such winding-up."
All persons or firms having claims against the above com-
pany are required to forward full particulars of all such claims
to the undersigned at Queen Street, Hastings (P.O. Box 105),
not later than 29th March, 1932, otherwise they will be
excluded from participation in any distribution.
