A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Thames Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 2 roods 31 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 36 and Crown land.

Situated in Block VII, Lauder Survey District (Otago R.D.).

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82997, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the fifteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 94, of the seventeenth day of the same month, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
