ERRATA.—In the Order in Council dated the 14th day of January, 1932, and published in Gazette No. 6, of the 21st day of the same month at page 102, altering and redefining the boundaries of the Manawatu and the Rangitoto Rabbit Districts read “Block XIV, Rangitoto Survey District,” in lieu of “Block XV, Rangitoto Survey District,” occurring in lines 8 to 11 (inclusive) of the Second Schedule to the said Order in Council defining the boundaries of the Manawatu Rabbit District.”
In the Proclamation, dated 27th January, 1932, declaring a portion of Railway Reserve near Ngatapa to be Crown land, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 8, of 4th February, 1932, page 183, for “Hawke’s Bay Land District,” read “Poverty Bay Land District.”
Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Blocks IX and XIII, Russell Survey District—viz., the Owae Valley Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks IX and XIII, Russell Survey District—viz., the Owae Valley Road—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point opposite the northern boundary of Allotment 68, Ruapekapeka Parish, Block XIII, Russell Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction generally for a distance of 1 mile 10·59 chains, more or less, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c.—viz., Allotments 78, 71, 79, 72, and 73, Ruapekapeka Parish, Blocks XIII and IX, Russell Survey District, and terminating at a point in the said Allotment 73 ; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses ; all in the
North Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83513, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of February, 1932.

Stopping a Government Road in Block VI, Mimi Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government Road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road hereby stopped :—
A. R. P. Adjoining of passing through
1 3 35·7 Ngaraautika B Block.
1 0 11·6 Ngaraautika C Block.
Situated in Block VI, Mimi Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77493, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of February, 1932.
