STATE FOREST SERVICE NOTICE.

Land in Canterbury Forest-conservation Region acquired as a State Forest.

State Forest Service,
Wellington, 21st December, 1931.

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired as a permanent State forest under section 4 of the Forests Amendment Act, 1925.

SCHEDULE.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.—CANTERBURY FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

Part of State Forest No. 86.—Eyrewell Plantation.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 13 acres 2 roods 10 perches, more or less, being Lot 1 on D.P. 9977, and being part of Rural Section 33045, situated in Block III, Rolleston Survey District, and bounded generally as follows : Towards the north-east by another part of Rural Section 33045, 159·9 links ; towards the south by Rural Section 33044 (part of Eyrewell Plantation Gazette, 1929, page 519), 1785·95 links ; and towards the north-west by Rural Sections 33037 and 34287 (part of Eyrewell Plantation aforesaid), 1904·9 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 143/8, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
