Education Reserve in the Canterbury Land District for Lease by Public Auction.

District Lands and Survey Office,
Christchurch, 21st December, 1931.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned education reserve will be offered for lease by public auction under the provisions of the Education Reserves Act, 1928, and the Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1908, and amendments, at the District Lands and Survey Office, Christchurch, at 2.30 o’clock p.m. on Friday, 5th February, 1932.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.—EDUCATION RESERVE (PRIMARY).

Ellesmere County.—Selwyn Survey District.

RESERVE 1167, Block XII, 39 acres. Leased with £20 for approximately 54 chains of gorse and wire boundary-fencing, such amount to be paid in cash.

Situated on the Selwyn-Rakaia Road, about three miles from Dunsandel Railway-station. Comprises light shingly land, watered by water-race, and suitable for grazing and green cropping.

Form of lease may be perused and full particulars obtained from the Commissioner of Crown Lands.
