Revocation of the Reservations of Portion of a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921–22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke (so far only as it relates to the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto) the Proclamation of the twenty-sixth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-four, whereby the said land (with certain other land) was set apart as a permanent State forest, and declare that the reservation thereby effected is (so far as aforesaid) revoked accordingly.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—WELLINGTON FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 107 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less, being part of State Forest No. 53, situated in Block I, Mangahao Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east, east, and south-east by a public road; towards the south-west by Section 10, Block I aforesaid; towards the north-west by a public road; and towards the north by Section 27, Block I aforesaid. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 86/2, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 98 acres 2 roods, more or less, and being Reserve 3666, Block V, Cheviot Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 130/1, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 11/7, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

ALL those areas in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 82 acres 3 roods 5 perches, more or less, and described as follows:—
All that area containing by admeasurement 25 acres 1 rood 29 perches, more or less, being part of Section 1, Block VIII, Maramarua Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the south-east by another part of Section 1 aforesaid (State Forest No. 142, Gazette, 1927, page 2153); and towards the north-west by Lots 3 and 2 of Allotment 4, Maramarua Parish. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 25/14, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 38 acres 3 roods 9 perches, more or less, being part of Section 2, Block V, Piako Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by Sections 2s, 3s, 4s, and 5s, Mangakura Settlement; towards the south by a public road; and towards the south-west and north-west by another part of Section 2 aforesaid (State Forest No. 142, Gazette, 1927, page 2153).
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 17 acres, more or less, being part of Section 15, Block V, Piako Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the south-east by Section 7s, Mangakura Settlement; towards the south-west by a public road; and towards the north by another part of Section 15 aforesaid (State Forest No. 142, Gazette, 1927, page 2153).
