Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks XV and XVI, Cambridge Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the seventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 37, of the fourteenth day of the same month, taking land for the purposes of a road in Blocks XV and XVI, Cambridge Survey District, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land affected: 1 rood 23·5 perches.

Being portion of Lot 9 on D.P. 3299, being part Hinuera No. 2 Block.

Situated in Block XV, Cambridge Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26432.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83113, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of December, 1931.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Wellington–New Plymouth Railway (Wellington–Tawa Flat Deviation).

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
5 3 16·9 Section 27; coloured blue.
1 1 12·2 ,, 27; ,, purple.

Situated in Block VII, Belmont Survey District (Porirua R.D.). (S.O. 2723.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82800, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of December, 1931.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through Whirinaki Blocks, Auckland Land District, to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the tenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, duly laid out as a road-line, in pursuance of sections forty-nine and fifty of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913:

And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section fifty-one of the said Act:

And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road:

Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by sections forty-nine and fifty of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, and in so far as each of these sections is applicable do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.
