Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block III,
Awakino Survey District, Waitomo County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as a road the land in Awakino Survey District
described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby
proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a
road :—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 2 5·1 Part Section 2 (Scenic Reserve); coloured
blue.
1 2 35·1
0 2 12·0 } Section 3; coloured red.
0 0 18·9
1 3 9·4 Part Section 2; coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 3 acres 2 roods
3·6 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Section 2 and Crown land;
coloured green.
All situated in Block III, Awakino Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26342.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83115,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of
December, 1931.

Land taken for Street Purposes and in connection with Street-widening at Dalton Street, in the Borough of Napier.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for street purposes, that the land described in
the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection
with street-widening, and that the said parcels of land shall
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough
of Napier as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the twenty-third day of December, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-one.

All situated in the Borough of Napier (Hawke’s Bay R.D.).

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83227,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of
December, 1931.
