WELLINGTON, TUESDAY, DECEMBER 15, 1931.
Public Prison at Wellington to be a Prison where Executions
may take Place.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
vested in me in that behalf by the fifteenth section of
the Crimes Act, 1908, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
the public prison at Wellington, in the said Dominion, to be
a prison where executions may take place under the pro-
visions of the said Act.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
this 12th day of December, 1931.
