NOTICE is hereby given that dividends are now payable
in the undermentioned estates on all proved claims;
promissory notes (if any) to be produced for endorsement
prior to receiving dividends.

final dividend of 2¾d. in the pound (making a total of
2s. 2¾d. in the pound).
John Stewart, of Dunedin, Gasfitter—Second dividend of
1s. in the pound (making to date 2s. in the pound).

First and final dividend of 4d. in the pound.

re-entry as requested at the expiration of one month from the

of Wai-iti, Farmer (now deceased), is the registered proprietor,
and application having been made to me for the issue of a
provisional Crown lease by STEPHEN CARL BATT, of
Wai-iti, Farmer, one of the executors of the estate of the
said George Batt (deceased), I hereby give notice that it is
my intention to issue such provisional Crown lease accordingly
upon the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the
Gazette containing this notice.

the destruction of the said renewable lease, I hereby give
notice that I shall issue a provisional renewable lease as
