The South-eastern Side of Portion of Warden Street and the North-eastern Side of Portion of Opoho Road, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of December, 1931.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the eleventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, viz:—
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the undermentioned portions of streets in the said City of Dunedin, viz:—
(a) Portion of the south-eastern side of Warden Street abutting on Lots 21 and 22, Block I, Township of Opoho; and
(b) Portion of the north-eastern side of Opoho Road abutting on Lot 22, Block I, Township of Opoho;
as the said portions of streets are more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto and are thereon coloured red to their centre-lines ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Warden Street or the north-eastern side of the portion of Opoho Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Warden Street, fronting Lots 21 and 22, Block I, Township of Opoho.
Also the north-eastern side of all that portion of street in the said land district and city known as Opoho Road, fronting Lot 22, Block I, Township of Opoho.
As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83007, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Vesting a Reserve in the Selwyn Plantation Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of December, 1931.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart for plantation purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Selwyn Plantation Board:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Selwyn Plantation Board, in trust, for plantation purposes, but subject always to the condition that the said land shall be controlled and dealt with in all respects by the said Board in the same manner as the Board controls and deals with reserves vested in it pursuant to the provisions of section seventy-seven of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1910.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
RESERVE 4291, Block XI, Selwyn Survey District: Area, 3 roods 9·5 perches, more or less.

Vesting the Management of the Wharf at Te Teo, Mangamuka River, Hokianga Harbour, in the Hokianga County Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of December, 1931.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and published in the Gazette of the thirteenth day of the same month, at page 4497, the management of the wharf at Te Teo, Mangamuka River, Hokianga Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 4847, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, was, in pursuance of the provisions of the Harbours Act, 1923 (hereinafter called the said Act”), vested in the Hokianga County Council (hereinafter called “the Council,” in which term is to be construed, unless the context requires a different construction, its successors or assigns):
And whereas the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council has expired, and the Council has applied to have the management of the said wharf vested in the Council for a further term, and it is desirable to grant the same:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
