ERRATUM.—In the Proclamation dated the 11th day of November, 1931, and published in Gazette, No. 89, of the 19th day of the same month, at page 3364, proclaiming land as a road, and road closed, in Block XV, Invercargill Hundred, Southland County, read “Block XV, Invercargill Hundred” in lieu of “Block XVI, Invercargill Hundred.”

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of New Plymouth described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a street:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 0·66 Allotment A, D.P. 1948, being part Section 61, Grey District; coloured blue.
0 0 1·31 Allotment A, D.P. 1948, being part Section 61, Grey District; coloured pink.
Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District (Borough of New Plymouth). (S.O. 7066.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82946, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of November, 1931.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Wellington described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a street:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 2·20 Lot 23, D.P. 1162, being part Section 4; coloured red.
0 0 4·79 Lot 1, D.P. 7380, being part Section 4; coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
STREET CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 1·86 perches. Adjoining or passing through Lot 23, D.P. 1162, being part Section 4; coloured green.
All situated in Block III, Port Nicholson Survey District (Kaiwarra R.D.), (City of Wellington). (S.O. 2649.)
All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82644, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
