Goods of Classes A, B, C, and D from stations other than Christchurch to Rangiora will be charged ls. per ton in addition to the local or classified rates as the case may be, provided, however, that where the Christchurch-Rangiora local rate is used in combination with another rate (local or classified) the charge of ls. per ton will not be added to the combined rate.
