Family Excursion Tickets.\n\n1. Second-class family return tickets at three times the holiday excursion\nfare (Regulation 5 or local fares Regulations 41 or 43 where applicable) may be\nissued to parents and their children travelling together. Minimum charge as\nfor 20 miles. The children must be under sixteen years of age, and be accom-\npanied by at least one of their parents. The number of children in any family\nwho may travel on one ticket is unlimited. The names of the parents or parent\nand children must be declared at the time of booking, and only the persons whose\nnames are so declared may travel on the ticket.\n\n2. These tickets will be available for the period specified for holiday\nexcursion tickets issuable at the same time, and must be obtained not less than\nfifteen minutes before the due time of departure of the train by which they are to\nbe used.\n\n### 9. Trip Bearer Tickets.\n\n1. Trip bearer tickets, first or second class, will be issued at the charge for six\nreturn fares (holiday excursion Regulation 5, suburban Regulation 40, or local\nRegulations 41 and 43, as the case may be) less 10 per cent., and will be available\nfor twelve single journeys.\n\n2. Trip bearer tickets will be transferable, and will be available for three\ncalendar months; they will not be issued for distances exceeding 25 miles, and\nwill not be available for break of journey.\n\n3. Trip bearer tickets will only be sold for the use of persons residing in\nthe neighbourhood of one of the terminal stations shown on the ticket.\n\n4. One or two children over three but not exceeding twelve years of age\ntravelling on these tickets will count as one adult; three or four such children\nwill count as two adults, and so on, each additional one or two children\ncounting as one adult. The age limit will be the same in each case.
