NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE
OF
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 1931.

WELLINGTON, FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 1931.

New Zealand Government Railways.—General Scale of Charges.

IN pursuance of all powers and authorities enabling it under the
Government Railways Act, 1926, and its amendments, the Government
Railways Board hereby resolves to fix the following general scales of charges and to impose the following conditions and regulations
in respect of the New Zealand Government Railways open for traffic ;
and the said Board hereby further resolves that such scales of charges
and such conditions and regulations shall come into force on the
sixth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one,
on which date all previous scales, conditions, and regulations fixed
or imposed in this behalf in respect of the said railways shall be
revoked.

In witness whereof the official seal of the Government Railways
Board was hereunto affixed this 4th day of November, 1931, in the
presence of--
