Additional Land near Huntly taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway, and for Road and Street Diversions in connection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway to take further land near Huntly, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway, and to take land for road and street diversions in connection therewith:

Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in any-wise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Situated in Blocks XI and XII, Rangiriri Survey District, Waikato County, and Borough of Huntly. (S.O. 26092¹ and 26092³, blue.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 1574, deposited in the office of the Government Railways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of November, 1931.

Land proclaimed as a Road in Block I, Wairoa Survey District, Manukau County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Wairoa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
2 acres 1 rood 3·6 perches.

Being portion of Te Ruangaingai No. 2 Block.

Situated in Block I, Wairoa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26481.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82826, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of November, 1931.
