Amending Rules under the Bankruptcy Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 31st day of
October, 1931.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
conferred upon him by the Bankruptcy Act, 1908, and
of every other power and authority in this behalf enabling
him, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and with the
concurrence of the Honourable the Chief Justice and seven
of the other members of the Rules Committee constituted
under the Judicature Amendment Act, 1930 (four of such
members being Judges of the Supreme Court), doth hereby
amend the rules under the Bankruptcy Act, 1908, in the
manner set forth in the Schedule hereto, and doth declare
that such amendment shall take effect on and after the first
day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.
SCHEDULE.
THE remuneration made payable to Deputy Assignees by the
rules made by Order in Council of the 14th September, 1931,
published in the Gazette of the 17th day of the same month,
at page 2809, shall be subject to a deduction of 10 per cent.
