A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tauranga Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 3 acres 0 roods 32·5 perches.

Being portion of Allotment 3, Parish of Te Puna; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 acres 0 roods 38·8 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Allotments 3 and 4, Parish of Te Puna; coloured green.

All situated in Block VIII, Tauranga Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25508.)

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82558, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
