ERRATUM.-In the Schedule to the Proclamation published in Gazette No. 5, of the 31st January, 1929, page 230, amending a Proclamation setting apart Crown lands as and for provisional State forests, for “No. 61” read “No. 81.”

Declaring Land acquired for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land declared to be Crown land:-

A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 11-75 Section 78, Town of Urenui.
0 0 4-4
0 0 3-24

Situated in Block III, Waitara Survey District.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81345, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of October, 1931.

0 0 13-9 Railway land, being part Section 5, Tutira Block, Block V, Moeangiangi Survey District. (P.W.D. 79651.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of October, 1931.
