ELECTRIC LABOUR SAVERS (EUREKA-MAYTAG), LIMITED.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of ELECTRIC LABOUR SAVERS (EUREKA-MAYTAG), LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened and held at Manufacturers’ House, 26 O’Connell Street, in the City of Sydney, N.S.W., on Friday, the 5th day of December, 1930, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed :—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

At the same meeting a further ordinary resolution was duly passed in pursuance of the foregoing extraordinary resolution, namely :—

“That Mr. ERIC SYDNEY SPOONER, Chartered Accountant, of 115 Pitt Street, Sydney, be and is hereby appointed sole Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the company voluntarily.”

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to clause 7 of section 168 of the Companies Act, 1908, the following resolution has been passed :—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and JOSEPH LEONARD CLARKE, of Christchurch, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator.”

All claims against the above-named company must be forwarded to me on or before the 20th day of February, 1931, otherwise they may be excluded from any distribution of the assets.
