(b) After the expiry of three years from the date of the
coming into force of any accession under paragraph (a) of
this Article, either of the High Contracting Parties may, by
giving a six months' notice of termination through the diplomatic channel, terminate the application of the Convention
to any country in respect of which a notification of accession
has been given.
The termination of the Convention under Article 15 shall
not affect its application to any such country.
(c) Any notification of accession under paragraph (a) of
this Article may include any dependency or mandated territory
administered by the Government of the country in respect of
which such notification of accession is given ; and any notice
of termination in respect of any such country under paragraph
(b) shall apply to any dependency or mandated territory
which was included in the notification of accession in respect
of that country.
In witness whereof the undersigned have signed the present
Convention, in English and Spanish, and have affixed
thereto their Seals.

ratepayers of Featherston, on the proposal to raise £300 for
streets improvements, was as follows :-

the provisions of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926.

MANUKAU COUNTY COUNCIL.
Mangere Special Area Water-supply Loan (£65,000), 1930.
PURSUANT to section 13 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926,
I hereby give notice that at a poll of the ratepayers of the
Mangere Water-supply Loan of £65,000 Special-rating Area,
taken on the 13th day of December, 1930, on the proposal of
the Manukau County Council to borrow the sum of £65,000,
for the purpose of laying mains and doing all other things
necessary for the supply of water to properties in the said
special-rating area, and redeeming the existing Mangere
Bridge Waterworks Special Area Loans of £3,000 and £300,
and Mangere Crossing Waterworks Special Area Loans of
£7,000 and £700, respectively, in the Mangere Riding of the
County of Manukau, the number of votes recorded for the
proposal was 625; the number of votes recorded against the
proposal was 109; informal votes 4.
I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

Prohibition of Issue of Money-orders and Transmission of
Postal Correspondence for the Mail Order Chemist, Post-office Box 791, Christchurch, and Post-office Box 421, Wellington.
THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand
having reasonable ground for supposing that the person
or persons described in the Schedule hereunder are engaged
in an immoral business, it is hereby ordered, under section 32
of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, that no money-order in
favour of the said person or persons shall be issued, and that
no postal packet addressed to the said person or persons, or
addressed to either of the addresses in the Schedule hereunder
without a name, shall be either registered or forwarded by the
Post Office of New Zealand.
