resolution passed by the Hutt County Council on the nineteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, viz.:
“ The Hutt County Council, being the local authority having control of the Western Hutt Road, has by resolution agreed to exempt from the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, that portion of the said road tinted pink hereon, fronting Lots 6 and 8, D.P. 9736, being part Section 178, Hutt Registration District ”;
such portion of road being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of road, situated in the Wellington Land District, County of Hutt, known as the Western Hutt Road, fronting parts Lots 6 and 8, D.P. 9736, being part Section 178, Hutt Registration District. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82529, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Southern Side of Portion of Perotti Lane, in the Borough of Greymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of September, 1931.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Greymouth Borough Council on the twenty-first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, viz.:
“ That the Greymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having control of Perotti Lane, Greymouth, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of Perotti Lane, on its southern side, where the same fronts Section 34, Block I, Greymouth Native Reserve No. 31 ”;
such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in the Westland Land District, Borough of Greymouth, known as Perotti Lane, fronting Section 34, Block I, N.R. 31, Town of Greymouth. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82145, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Greymouth Borough Council on the fourth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, viz.:
“ That the Greymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having control of Paroa Road, Greymouth, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of Paroa Road on the south-eastern side of the Hokitika Railway line, between Marlborough and High Streets, on its south-eastern side where same fronts Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 6, and 7, of Reserve 49, Block 7, Town of Greymouth ”;
such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Westland Land District, Borough of Greymouth, known as Paroa Road, fronting Reserve 49, Block 7, Town of Greymouth. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82127, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-western Side of Portion of Mudie Street, in the Borough of Lower Hutt, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of September, 1931.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Lower Hutt Borough Council on the thirteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, viz.:
“ That the Borough of Lower Hutt, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Lower Hutt, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Mudie Street, fronting Lots 192, 194, and 196, part Sections 17 and 21, D.P. 50 ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of Mudie Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-western side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, Borough of Lower Hutt, known as Mudie Street, fronting Lots 192, 194, and 196 on D.P. 50, Hutt R.D. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81638, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

WHEREAS the land described in the First Schedule hereto has been duly set apart for recreation purposes: And whereas the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto have been duly set apart for a site for a public hospital: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Oamaru, and to vest the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto in the Marlborough Hospital Board:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
