Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for a further Portion of the North Auckland Main Trunk Railway (Portion of Okoro and Rangiahua Sections), and for Road-diversions in connection therewith, and a Road-approach thereto.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the twentieth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 28, of the twenty-sixth day of the same month, taking land for a further portion of the North Auckland Main Trunk Railway (portion of Okoro and Rangiahua Sections) and for road-diversions in connection therewith and a road-approach thereto as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land affected: 1 rood 7 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 14639, being portion O.L.C. 79, Taramaua, and part of a closed road.

Situated in Block VIII, Mangamuka Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25865.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82076, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of September, 1931.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the second day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 46, of the eleventh day of the same month, taking land for a further portion of the Westport-Inangahua Railway, portions of Hawk's Crag and Orikaka Sections, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of September, 1931.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of street in the City of Christchurch described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 4·02 perches. Adjoining or passing through Lot 12, D.P. 740, Town Reserve 32, part Town Reserve 133, and Lot 15, D.P. 124.

Situated in the City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 2156.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82360, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of September, 1931.
