Additional Land at Auckland taken for the Purposes of the
Kaipara-Waikato Railway, and for Street-diversion in con-
nection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use,
convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato
Railway to take further land at Auckland, in addition to
land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway,
and to take land for street-diversion in connection therewith :
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of
the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections
thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works
Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in any-
wise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of
August, 1931.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as a road the land in Paterson Survey District
described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road ;
8 perches.
Being Lot 12 (Reserve for public right-of-way), D.P. 2930,
being part Section 107.
Situated in Block I, Paterson Survey District (Southland
R.D.). (S.O. R 635.)
In the Southland Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82373,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of
August, 1931.
