IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road in Rangiora Survey District, described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 1 rood 18 perches.
Being portion of Section 20.
Situated in Block II, Aroha Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25942.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81298, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Revoking a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Street in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-fourth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 48, of the twenty-sixth day of the same month, taking land for the purposes of a street in the City of Wellington, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was taken.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of August, 1931.
