LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of certificate
of title Vol. 108, folio 292 (Canterbury Registry), for
10 acres 2 roods 2 perches, or thereabouts, situated in
Block XVI, Westerfield Survey District, being Subdivisions 5
and 6 of Lot 14 of Reserve 350, whereof WILLIAM BROWN
GOURDIE, of Ashburton, Carpenter, is the registered pro-
prietor, and application having been made to me for the
issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby
give notice that it is my intention to issue such new certificate
of title accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days from the
date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Dated at the Land Registry Office, Christchurch, this
15th day of July, 1931.

applying on the 15th August next to have my name placed
on the Medical Register of the Dominion of New Zealand ;
and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification
in the office of the Department of Health at Christchurch.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the
matter of the SOUTH CANTERBURY RUGBY MOTORS, LTD.
NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolu-
tion was duly passed on the 8th day of July, 1931 :-

Resolved : “That the company go into voluntary liquida-
tion; and, further, it was resolved that PERCY BARNES
Foote be appointed Liquidator to the company.”

All persons having claims against the above company are
required, on or before the 20th day of August, 1931, to send
their names and addresses and particulars of their debts and
claims to the said Liquidator at his address, Arcade Chambers,
Timaru, New Zealand, and, if so required by notice in writing
from him, to personally or by their solicitors or agents to come
in and prove such debts or claims at such time and place
as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they
will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made
before such debts or claims are proved.

IN LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the
matter of H. E. DAY, LIMITED.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders
of the above-named company, held at its registered
office on the 20th of July, 1931, the following extraordinary
resolution was passed :—

“That it is proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders
that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue
its business, and that it is advisable to wind it up.”

At a joint meeting of the shareholders and creditors of this
company held on the 4th July, 1931, an extraordinary resolu-
tion was passed leaving the appointment of Liquidator to
the creditors. Mr. A. E. Gibbons, Manager of the Waikato
Mercantile Agency, Ltd., Hamilton, was then appointed
Liquidator by the creditors there present.

Dated this 11th day of July, 1931.

AT an extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of T. G.
SEON AND Co., LTD., held at the office of the company,
Nelson Street, Auckland, on Friday, 22nd May, 1931, the
following resolutions were carried :—

“That it is proved to the satisfaction of the company
that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business,
and it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the same
be wound up accordingly.”

“That T. G. SEON, of Auckland, be appointed Liquidator
for the purposes of such winding-up.”
