(2) Within thirty days after the close of each year the Board shall transmit or cause to be transmitted to the Under-Secretary two copies of the aforesaid statements of receipts and payments and of income and expenditure, and of the balance-sheet of the Board. One copy thereof shall be forwarded to the Controller and Auditor-General who shall examine and certify to the correctness thereof and return it so certified to the Under-Secretary.

Recreation Reserve in Wellington Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of July, 1931.
Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Scorching Bay Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.-SCORCHING BAY DOMAIN.
SECTION 20, Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District: Area, 15 acres 2 roods 15:3 perches, more or less.

Revoking Order in Council licensing the Christchurch Navigation and Trading Syndicate, Christchurch, to use and occupy Part of the Foreshore and Land below Low-water Mark at Ferrymead, Heathcote River, as a Site for a Wharf.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of July, 1931.
Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, and published in the Gazette of the tenth day of the following month, at page 52, the Christchurch Navigation and Trading Syndicate, of Christchurch (hereinafter called "the licensee"), was licensed to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Ferrymead, Heathcote River, as a site for a wharf, and dues and rates were prescribed for the use of the said wharf:

And whereas, in pursuance of clause eleven of the herein-before-recited Order in Council, notice was given on the twenty-fifth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, that the Governor-General would resume occupation of the said site at the expiration of a period of three months from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one:

And whereas it is desirable to revoke the said Order in Council:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the twenty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, as from the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.

Revoking Order in Council licensing Frances May Staples to use and occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Paremata, Porirua Harbour, as a Site for a Boat-shed.

ORDER IN COUNCIL,
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of July, 1931.
Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the fourteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the Gazette of the eighteenth day of the same month, at page 703, Frances May Staples, of Paremata (hereinafter called "the licensee"), was licensed to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Paremata, Porirua Harbour, as a site for a boat-shed:

And whereas the licensee has applied to have the herein-before-recited license revoked, and it is desirable to revoke the same:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the fourteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, as from the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of July, 1931.
Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
