Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged
Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the North Auckland Land
District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall
be, and the same is hereby, set apart and declared open for
disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under
special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALLOTMENT 391, Waipu Parish: Area, 168 acres 0 roods
28 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of
July, 1931.

XII, Motueka Survey District, Waimea County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by sec-
tion twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Motueka Survey
District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do
hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a
road:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 1 16·1 Sections 62 and 64, Blocks XI and XII;
coloured pink.
0 0 7·9 Section 62A, Block XI; coloured purple.
0 1 6·7 ,, 57, ,, XI; ,, pink.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood
16·6 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 59, 60, and 62A (Moutere
District), Block XII; coloured green.
All situated in Motueka Survey District (Nelson R.D.).

All in the Nelson Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81898,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of
July, 1931.
