IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of THE MURRAY CREEK GOLD-MINES, LTD.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following extraordinary resolution was passed at a special general meeting of the shareholders of the company, held on Friday, 26th June, 1931:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that HERMAN BICKNELL, of Christchurch, Public Accountant, be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up."

THE RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, AND EDUCATIONAL TRUSTS ACT, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the trustees of the bequest made by the will of the late ANNIE FARQUHAR McPHERSON to St. Peter's Anglican Church at Hamilton have prepared a scheme under Part III of the Religious, Charitable, and Educational Trusts Act, 1908, and its amendments, which scheme has been approved by the Attorney-General.
Application for approval of the said scheme will be made to a Judge of the Supreme Court at Hamilton at 10 o'clock a.m. on the 20th day of July, 1931.

Copies of the scheme may be inspected at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Hamilton and at the office of Mr. H. C. M. Norris, Solicitor, King's Chambers, Victoria Street, Hamilton.

HEREKINO LAND COMPANY, LTD.

IN LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the above-named company the following resolution was carried:--

"That as all the assets of the company have been finally disposed of, and the Liquidation is complete, the Liquidator be hereby instructed to advise the Registrar of Companies that the company has held its final meeting as required under section 231 of the Companies Act, 1908."

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership business of Bottle Collectors and Dealers as heretofore carried on by us, the undersigned ARTHUR NEWSON and JAMES CAMPBELL DUFF BRODIE, under the style of "The Gisborne Bottle Exchange," has been dissolved as from the 8th day of June, 1931. The business will in future be carried on by the said Arthur Newson, to whom all amounts owing to the firm of the Gisborne Bottle Exchange are payable.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Dunedin Masonic Hall Company, Limited, held on the 18th day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, it was resolved that the following resolution, which was passed at an extraordinary general meeting held on the 27th May, be and the same is hereby confirmed, viz.--

"That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that W. E. C. REID AND CO., be, and they are hereby, appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up."
