property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any
explanation that may be given by the Liquidators.

IN LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter
of the Nobles Sluicing Co., Ltd.
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of
the above-named company, duly convened and held
at Greymouth on the 13th day of June, 1931, the following
extraordinary resolution was duly passed :-
"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the share-
holders that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities
and loss of claim through forfeiture, continue its business, and
that it is advisable to wind up same, and that the same be
wound up accordingly."
And at the same meeting Mr. H. J. Hudd, of Greymouth,
was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
Dated at Greymouth, this 15th day of June, 1931.
