Land in Otago Land District for Sale by Public Auction.
District Lands and Survey Office,
Dunedin, 8th June, 1931.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land will be offered for sale by public auction for cash at the District Lands and Survey Office, Dunedin, on Wednesday, 15th July, 1931, at 2.30 o’clock p.m., under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—FIRST-CLASS LAND.
Clutha County.—Tautuku Survey District.
SECTION 22, Block II: Area, 1 rood 22 perches. Upset price, £2.
Weighted with £20, for improvements comprising five-roomed cottage. This sum is payable in cash.
Situated about two miles from Tahakopa Railway-station, school, and post-office, by metalled road. Property suitable for man working in district.
Terms of Sale.
Cash: One-fifth of the purchase-money to be paid on the fall of the hammer, and the balance, with certificate-of-title fee (£1), within thirty days thereafter.

Land in Southland Land District, Otago Mining District, for Selection on Renewable Lease.
District Lands and Survey Office,
Invercargill, 8th June, 1931.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section is open for selection on renewable lease under the Land Act, 1924; and applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, Invercargill, up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Tuesday, 14th July, 1931.
Applicants must appear personally before the Land Board for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, Invercargill, on Thursday, 16th July, 1931, but if any applicant so desires he may be examined by the Land Board of any other district.
The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of examination of applicants.
SCHEDULE.
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SECOND-CLASS LAND.
Wallace County.—Longwood Survey District.
SECTION 39, Block VII: Area, 162 acres 2 roods 20 perches. Capital value, £120. Half-yearly rent, £2 8s.
A bush section, situated three miles from Colac Railway-station and one mile from Round Hill School.
Land comprises about 80 acres of good land which may be felled and grassed; balance broken by swamp and deep gullies. Part of land is subject to flooding by mining operations. Altitude, 100 ft. to 130 ft. above sea-level.
