1931, the following resolutions were passed :—

1. That it is proved to its satisfaction that the company
   cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its busi-
   ness, and that it is advisable to wind up the same.
2. That Mr. EGERTON GILL be and he is hereby appointed
   Liquidator of the company.
