Notifying Lands in North Auckland Land District for Sale by Public Auction.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section one hundred and thirty-two of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Monday, the twenty-second day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, as the time at which the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction for cash or on deferred payments, and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.

Camping and seaside-residence sites facing the Orewa Beach, which is one of the best beaches handy to Auckland. The land is level and of a sandy nature, hummocky in places, and all in gorse, fern, and manuka. Fresh water may be obtained by sinking. Access is from Silverdale two miles and a half distant. Twenty-five miles from Devonport by good metalled road. Service-cars supply a satisfactory service.

Revoking the Delegation of Powers to the Pukaahu Hot Springs Board, and Vesting the Control of the Pukaahu Hot Springs Reserve in the Whakatane County Council.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand doth hereby revoke a Warrant dated the thirtieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and published in the Gazette of the second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, appointing certain persons therein named a special Board, by the name of the “Pukaahu Hot Springs Board,” to control the Pukaahu Hot Springs Reserve, and doth hereby vest the control of the said reserve, as described in the Schedule hereto, in the Whakatane County Council, subject to the conditions herein-after contained, that is to say:—

The period for which control is hereby vested shall be five years from the date hereof, unless the reservation is previously altered or revoked under the said Act.

The said Council shall prepare a report each year, ending on the thirty-first day of March, together with a statement of receipts and expenditure in connection with the said reserve. Such report and statement shall be sent to the Minister charged with the administration of the said Act as soon as possible after the close of the year.

The said Council shall control the said reserve in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the regulations made thereunder.
SCHEDULE.
PUKAAHU HOT SPRINGS RESERVE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 3 roods 38 perches, more or less, being portion of Section 12, Rangitai ki Parish, in Block VII, Rangitai ki Upper Survey District. Bounded on the north-east, south-east, and south-west by other part of said Section 12, and on the north-west by a public road. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 611, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Appointing a Member of the Wairoa Harbour Board.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
WHEREAS it is provided by subsection three of section thirty-eight of the Harbours Act, 1923, that in the event of an extraordinary vacancy in the office of a non-elective member of a Harbour Board the Governor-General shall, by Warrant under his hand, appoint some qualified person in his place:
And whereas George Britnell, a non-elective member of the Wairoa Harbour Board, has resigned, and an extraordinary vacancy in the membership of the Board has thereby been created, and it is desirable to appoint a qualified person in his place:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the hereinbefore-recited power and authority, doth hereby appoint
Harry Lionel Harker
to be a member of the Wairoa Harbour Board, in the place of the said George Britnell, resigned.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 2nd day of May, 1931.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section fifty-five of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the Eltham County Council to be trustees of the Mangamingi Public Cemetery, as described in the Schedule hereto, and to have the control and management of the said cemetery.
