CROWN LANDS NOTICES.
NOTICE is hereby given that the lease and licenses of the undermentioned lands having been declared forfeited by resolution of the Otago Land Board, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land will be offered for sale by public auction for cash at the District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Tuesday, 2nd June, 1931, at 11 o'clock a.m., under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924, and amendments.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-FIRST-CLASS LAND.
Rotorua County.-Tarawera Survey District.
SECTION 12 (formerly Utanga No. 1A Block), Block I : Area, 6-3 perches. Capital value, £40.
Section situated in the Ohinemutu Village, Rotorua, practically opposite the Hospital gates, and alongside the Lake House Hotel.
TERMS OF SALE.
One-fifth of the purchase-money to be paid on the fall of the hammer, and the balance with certificate-of-title fee (£1) within thirty days thereafter.
If the purchaser fails to make any of the prescribed payments by due date the amount already paid shall be forfeited and the contract for the sale be null and void.

Conditions of Sale.
- Cash : One-fifth of the purchase-money on the fall of the hammer, and the balance, with title fee (£1), within thirty days thereafter.
- Deferred Payments : £10 deposit and license fee (£1 ls.) on the fall of the hammer, balance by equal half-yearly instalments of principal and interest extending over thirty-four and a half years, but with the right to pay off at any time the whole or any part of the outstanding amount. In either case, if the purchaser fails to make any of the prescribed payments by due date, whether of purchase-money or interest, the amount (if any) already paid shall be forfeited and the contract for sale of the land shall be null and void.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land will be offered for sale by public auction for cash at the District Lands and Survey Office, Christchurch, on Tuesday, 2nd June, 1931, at 2.30 o'clock p.m., under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.-TOWN LAND.
Kowai County.-Teviotdale Survey District.
PART R.S. 587, Block IX : Area, 1 rood. Upset price, £15.
Part R.S. 1545, Block IX : Area, 1 rood 7-4 perches. Upset price, £15.
The sections are situated in Leithfield Township, about half a mile from Leithfield School and two miles and a half from Amberley Railway-station, and are suitable for building purposes.
Part R.S. 587 is low-lying flat with good frontage to Main North Road and adjoining the hotel. The land is subject to flooding from the Kowai River. There is about one chain of gorse and wire fencing on road frontage.
Part R.S. 1525 has a good frontage to Mount Grey Road, on which there is an old fence.
