Cook Islands Fruit Regulations, 1928, amended.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 13th day of April, 1931.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion, and in pursuance of the authority to make regulations for the peace, order, and good government of the Cook Islands conferred on him by the Cook Islands Act, 1915, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, doth hereby amend the Cook Islands Fruit Regulations, 1928, in the manner hereinafter set forth.
REGULATIONS.

(a) These regulations may be cited as "The Cook Islands Fruit Regulations, 1931, Amendment No. 3."
(b) These regulations shall come into force on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(c) In these regulations the term "the principal regulations" means the Cook Islands Fruit Regulations, 1928. -
Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is hereby amended by revoking sections (1) and (3) thereof and substituting therefor the following sections:
"(1) No oranges shall be passed as fit for export unless they are of and between two and one-half inches to three and one-eighth inches in diameter, and unless they are pocket-packed."
"(3) No tomatoes shall be passed as fit for export which are under the grade of two inches in diameter."
- Regulation 10 of the principal regulations is hereby amended by omitting the words "on his own plantation" where they occur in clause (1) of subsection (a) of section (7) of the said regulation.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street in the City of Wellington of a Width of less than 66 ft., subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 13th day of April, 1931.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Wellington City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street, described in the Schedule hereto, of a width of less than sixty-six feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said street within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, connecting Travers Street with Liardet Street, and being portion of Lot 414, D.P. 52, being part Section 15,
Ohiro R.D. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81089, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Cancelling the Reservation over Reserves in Block XII, Waimea Survey District, Westland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 13th day of April, 1931.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as reserves for General Government buildings over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
