ROBERTSON BROS., LIMITED.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the
matter of ROBERTSON BROS., LIMITED).

At an extraordinary general meeting of the members of
the above-named company, duly convened and held
at the office of the company, Hardy Street, Nelson, on the
31st day of March, 1931, the following extraordinary resolution
was duly passed:—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting
that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue
its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same,
and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

Messrs. THOMAS NEALE, WILLIAM BISS GRIFFIN, and
CHARLES BERTRAM HODGSON were appointed Liquidators.

Their address is care of Griffin and Hodgson, Public Account-
ants, Nelson.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the
matter of the HIMATANGI SHIPPING COMPANY, LIMITED.

At an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of
the above-named company held on the 18th March,
1931, the following special resolution was passed, and at a
further meeting held on the 1st day of April, 1931, the same
was duly confirmed:—

“That this company, having disposed of its assets, forth-
with go into voluntary liquidation, and that HENRY KEMBER
AND SON be appointed Liquidators.”

meeting of the above-named company, held at Auck-
land on Friday, the 10th day of April, 1931, the following
extraordinary resolution was passed:—

“That, it having been proved to the satisfaction of the
company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue
its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, it
is hereby decided that the company be wound up voluntarily,
and that Mr. WILLIAM ANDREW, Company-manager, of
Auckland, be appointed Liquidator.”

Bachelor of Medical Sciences (1928); now residing in Christ-

10th May next to have my name placed on the Medical Register
of the Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited
the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Department
of Health at Christchurch.
