A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of Pukekohe described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a street :—

0 1 39·9 Part Lot 3 on D.P. 4626 of Lot 26 of Suburban Section 2; coloured blue.

Situated in Block XV, Drury Survey District (Parish of Pukekohe), (Borough of Pukekohe), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26257.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81329, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of April, 1931.
