TAKE notice that, on the application of the above-named WILLIAM JOHN MAHONEY and FREDERICK SIDNEY WELLS, of Waipukurau, Garage-proprietor, and on reading the affidavit of the said William John Mahoney and the report of the Official Assignee and hearing Mr. A. L. Martin of counsel for the said Frederick Sidney Wells, it was ordered that the order of adjudication dated 2nd February, 1931, against the above-named William John Mahoney be annulled.
