Crown Lands set apart as a Provisional State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests
Act, 1921-22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the
Crown lands described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional
State forest.
SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICTโWESTLAND FOREST-CONSERVA-
TION REGION.
Provisional State Forest No. 1727.
All those areas of Crown land in the Westland Land District,
containing together 15,000 acres, more or less, and described
as follows : All that area containing 3,900 acres, more or less,
situated in Blocks VII and VIII, Otira Survey District, and
Blocks V and VI, Taramakau Survey District, and bounded
generally as follows : Towards the north by Blocks III and
IV, Otira Survey District, and Blocks I and II, Taramakau
Survey District; towards the south by the right bank of the
Taramakau River ; and towards the west by Provisional
State Forest No. 1094 (section 61, Reserves and other Lands
Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1921-22),
excepting therefrom Sections 753, 813, and 814, and the open
and scrub flats along the bank of the Taramakau River :
All that area containing 11,100 acres, more or less,
situated in Blocks II, III, V, VI, VII, and IX, Taramakau
Survey District, and bounded generally as follows : Towards
the south-east by the Canterbury Land District; towards
the south-west by the Otehake River; and towards the
north-west by Provisional State Forest No. 1577 (section 61,
Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Em-
powering Act, 1921-22), and the left bank of the Taramakau
River; excepting therefrom the open and scrub flats along
the bank of the Taramakau River.
As the same are more particularly delineated on plan
No. 127/1, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest
Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of
March, 1931.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Aroha Survey
District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEUDLE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a
road :-

Situated in Block II, Aroha Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 25114.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81328,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of
March, 1931.
