NOTICE is hereby given that, on the 5th day of March, 1931, an extraordinary resolution was passed at a meeting of the shareholders of THE NICHOLSON ENGINEERING CO., LTD., to the effect that it having been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the company could not, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, it was advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up voluntarily, and by the same resolution Mr. THOMAS DAVIES, of Auckland, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the late WILLIAM BISHOP and WILLIAM ANDREW DRINNAN, carrying on a business as Farmers at South Head under the style or firm of “Bishop and Drinnan,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of January, 1931.

All persons, firms, or companies having accounts against the late Partnership are hereby requested to forward the same without delay to A. G. Lowe, Solicitor, Helensville.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THE Partnership existing between the undersigned, carrying on business at Whangarei under the style or firm of “Marshall and Sons,” has been dissolved as from the 31st day of January, 1931, by mutual consent.

All persons or firms who have claims against the above company are required to render full particulars of such claim to the undersigned at Locke Street, Wairoa, not later than the 31st March, 1931, otherwise they may be excluded from participating in any distribution made.
