Panmure Village), bounded as follows : Commencing at a
point on the Panmure-Howick Road, being the north-eastern
corner of Lot 52 of Section 1 aforesaid ; thence on the north-
east by the said Panmure-Howick road bearing 106° 33’
distance 89.7 links, bearing 110° 25’ distance 334.1 links ;
thence on the south-east and south-west by the Auckland-
Westfield Railway, bearing 222° 34’ 30” distance 861.1 links,
bearing 312° 34’ 30” distance 50.0 links ; thence on the north-
west by Lot 52 aforesaid bearing 16° 31’ distance 775.5 links,
to the point of commencement.
Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District
situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, containing by
admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods 15 perches, more or less, being
Lot 55 and parts of Lots N 56, M 56, and S 56, all of Section 1
(Small Lots near Panmure Village), bounded as follows : Com-
mencing at a point on a public road, being the southernmost
corner of part Lot 54 of Section 1 aforesaid, as shown on a plan
deposited at the office of the District Land Registrar at
Auckland and numbered 13394 ; thence on the south-east by the
said public road bearing 235° 48’ distance 839.2 links ; on
the south-west by part Lot 43 of Section 1 aforesaid, and by the
Auckland-Westfield Railway bearing 326° 18’ distance 507.8
links; on the north-west by the Auckland-Westfield Railway
aforesaid bearing 43° 25’ distance 431.34 links, bearing
55° 45’ distance 420.3 links; and on the north-east by part
Lot 54 aforesaid, bearing 146° 27’ distance 600.7 links, to the
point of commencement.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Kohukohu
Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of
February, 1931.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
George Andrewes,
Alfred Berridge,
William Hawea Kirkpatrick,
Arthur Augustus Potter, and
Arnold Cecil Wallace
To be the Kohukohu Domain Board, having control of the land
Described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint
Wednesday, the twenty-fifth day of March, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-one, at half past seven o'clock p.m.,
as the time when, and the Town Hall, Kohukohu, as the
place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
KOBUKOHU DOMAIN.-NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTIONS 2 and 3, Town of Kohukohu (Government): Area,
1 rood 30 perches.
Also all that area situated in Block X, Mangamuka Survey
District, being portion of the foreshore of the Hokianga
River, and containing by admeasurement 11 acres 2 roods
11.3 perches, more or less. Bounded, commencing at peg
XIII A, towards the north-east and south-west by right lines
bearing 110° 29', distance 496.6 links, and 200° 29', 2289.6
links, respectively; and towards the west generally by a
public road, 740.3, 382.6, 551.1, 658.9, and 231.1 links, to
Point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more
or less.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Lands
other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of
February, 1931.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase
Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-
three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the
power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, and
by section one hundred and eleven of the Native Land
Amendment Act, 1913 (as amended by section eight of the
Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment
Act, 1916), His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend
for a further period of eighteen months the Order in Council
dated the twenty-third day of September, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-nine, and gazetted the twenty-sixth day
of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine,
prohibiting all alienation of the Native land specified in the
Schedule hereto, other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

On the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase
Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-
three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the
power on this behalf conferred upon him by that section,
His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a
further period of six months the Order in Council dated the
eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty, and gazetted the thirteenth day of March, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty, prohibiting all alienation of the
Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than
alienation in favour of the Crown.
