A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the roads in Tangihua Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of roads closed :—

Revoking the Reservation over a Scenic Reserve in the Nelson Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for scenic purposes:
And whereas the said land is no longer suitable for scenic purposes by reason of the absence of bush of scenic value thereon:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section eight of the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, 1910, do hereby revoke the reservation for scenic purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing 17 acres 0 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Section 44, Block V, Inangahua Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 55636, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of February, 1931.

Allocating to the Purposes of a Road Land in Block IV, Onewhero Survey District, and Block I, Maramarua Survey District, acquired for a Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto—and which was acquired for the Kaipara-Waikato Railway, and is not now required for such purpose—shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Franklin County Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Post and Telegraph purposes; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 4 acres 1 rood 23·25 perches.
Being portion of Section 1, Watts Peninsula District (being part Point Halswell Military Reserve).
Situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 132/30.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 80579, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
